We are pleased to announce the new v1.39 firmware release for PowerSeries Neo panels, focusing on enhancing stability and performance, particularly in Corbus functionality. Key improvements include:
- Corbus Stability:
- Corbus is now more stable.
- Resolved an issue causing CorBus lockup under certain circumstances.
- Improved DLS Interaction:
- More stable connection with PCLink.
- Real-time device trouble status functions correctly at all times.
- Continuous Status Upload:
- Resolved the issue related to continuous status upload that could, in some cases, cause a cold start reset.
This firmware release addresses bug fixes and enhancements, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience for PowerSeries Neo users.
How to Update
- For panels managed on Alarm.com, please follow instructions on the Alarm.com Partner Portal
- v1.39 can only be applied to panels running v1.38 firmware
- v1.39 should only be pushed to panels with ADC communicator firmware 191a or higher
- For all other panels please update on DLS utilizing the procedure described at the following link: DLS Firmware Update procedure - November 2023.pdf (dsc.com)
