The 40833-BEE is a Binding Post QuickPort Coupler by Leviton. It has a Black Stripe and a Black Housing. The couplers provide connectivity for workstation cabling for speaker wire. The connectors snap into any QuickPort housing either flush or surface-mount outlets, Multimedia Outlet System (with adapter), Decora® Inserts, patch panels, and patch blocks.
