The BXS-RAM is a wireless ready quad PIR sensor from Optex. This outdoor unit is designed to protect windows and the immediate boundaries of a perimeter. The BX Shield includes four individual PIRs, two on each side of the unit, with a range of up to 40 feet on each side, 80 feet total. The settings for the detection area on each side of the unit are completely independent. SMDA logic (Super Multidimensional Analysis) greatly improves distinguishing between genuine intrusions and false alarms. The BXS-RAM has connections to use with the wireless transmitter of your choice (not included), there is room in the back box to hold the transmitter within the unit.
