The EXMICROKVM from Simplified MFG is a 4K HDMI Extender. It can extend an HDMI2.0b (18Gbps) high-definition audio and video signals and two-way IR up to 50 meters (164 feet) and 1080P signals up to 70m (230ft.) between transmitter and receiver over a single Cat5e/6/7 cable. The EXMICROKVM supports resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz 4:4:4, up to 18Gbps, and HDCP 2.2/1.4. In addition, it supports USB 1.1 (suitable for keyboard/mouse), 3.5mm audio breakout at TX and the ability to override EDID requests of the display. The EXMICROKVM extender is one of the most efficient HDMI extenders available today. The current draw is typically less than one third the normal current draw making this device more efficient and smaller.
