The Evolution EVOIPTX1 by Vanco is the transmitter only portion of an HDMI over IP control that switches any source to any display while automating and scheduling the switching. IP matrixes are created by either a transmitter or receiver and expansion is achieved by creating additional ports or through another switch cascading to the first switch.
