The RRST-HN3RL-WH from Lutron is a 3-Button Raise/Lower Hyrbid Keypad in white. Hybrid keypads function as a dimmer and keypad combined into a single device. LED bars on each large button help in finding the buttons in low light conditions and the RRST-HN3RL-WH includes a Front Accessible Service Swtich (FASS) for lamp replacement. Replacement button kits are available in a variety of colors and finishes with custom printing to identify each buttons function.
